A post-doc position is available in the Department of Economics and Management at the University of Florence, under the supervision of Prof. Domenico Colucci, deputy director of the Florence Center for Data Science.
Research topic
This research has various goals revolving around experimental economics and the analysis of data generated through experiments. In particular the design of an economic experiment will benefit from the capacity of reading the literature critically, as well as from previous experience in experimental projects. The actual implementation of a computerized experiment will greatly take advantage of previous programming expertise and coding experience. The analysis and interpretation of the data generated is also a major goal and to this end the ideal candidate is expected to be familiar with statistical and econometric techniques.
